Setup Fees

The one-time setup fee for the Listing Assistant covers individualized configuration work performed at the time of purchase, including branded QR code generation and per-listing setup. Because this work begins immediately upon purchase, setup fees are non-refundable once configuration work has started, except where a refund is required by applicable law. Per-listing service fees may be cancelled prospectively at any time by emailing BusinessOffice@trulineinspections.com; cancellation stops future billing but does not refund fees already incurred.
